Hello!

My name is Aubrie Hunter, and I am in the Elementary BEd PDPP cohort.

I grew up in rural southern Alberta, and after graduating high school I decided to leave my small town and province for a unique post-secondary experience, and I have loved every minute of it!

In my own schooling journey, I have realized that I am passionate about mental health advocacy and mental health support. There is also a part of me that absolutely loves and thrives when working with children, which is why I am here!

I spend most of my time playing ringette and running on-ice and gym ringette programs for youth, or working with mental health services within Victoria. In my free time, I can be found hiking, biking, backpacking, skiing, or surfing with my friends!
